Reconstitution & reverse calculation

Syringe markings measure volume. They are not IU of the compound. Calculations do not account for handling losses or product stability.
Find the liquid volume
Use a known target amount and a chosen U-100 reading.
Working with this tool
Start with vial mass and liquid volume to find concentration. Divide the target amount by concentration to find the volume. Multiply that volume by the syringe scale to obtain units.
The reverse calculation starts with a target amount and an intended syringe reading, then solves for liquid volume. This is a mathematical relationship, not an instruction to choose a particular diluent or fill a vial beyond its capacity.
