The original Tesamorelin trials used 2 mg once daily in adults with HIV-associated abdominal fat accumulation, without separate male/female regimens. These are study details, not directions for TESAROSSA vials. Published study ↗ · Formulation-specific pharmacokinetics ↗
TESAROSSA is our name for Tesamorelin, a synthetic growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue. It acts through the GHRH receptor to stimulate endogenous growth hormone release and downstream IGF-1 signaling.
Your selected vial contains 10 mg of labeled lyophilized compound. This is the total vial amount, not a dose or a solution concentration. TESAROSSA is sourced through a Canadian supplier partner and is not filled in-house by MGMT Research.
COA results are pending. Independent testing will be performed by SideChain Analytics in Mississauga, Ontario; verified purity and net-content figures will be published when available.
Tesamorelin research explores growth hormone signaling and body composition, including visceral adipose tissue in HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Findings concern studied pharmaceutical formulations, not promised outcomes from TESAROSSA.
Follow batch-specific supplier instructions and your laboratory’s validated storage and reconstitution procedures. A prepared solution’s shelf life has not been established for this product.
Orders received before 12 PM EST ship the same business day.
COA pending. Purity and net-content results will be published when the batch-specific report is available.
Select your compound, vial amount, diluent volume, and sample amount. Our calculator converts your inputs into a concentration, volume, and U-100 syringe marking.
Enter an example amount to calculate its volume.
0.2 mL of solution per sample
2 mg ÷ 10 mg/mL = 0.2 mL
Concentration = vial amount ÷ solution volume. Sample volume = sample amount ÷ concentration. U-100 scale units = volume in mL × 100; these are volume markings, not units of compound potency.
This example assumes the final solution volume equals the diluent volume entered, and that the compound dissolves completely. It does not establish solubility, compatibility, stability, or an administration dose.
Decimal measurements are mathematical results and may fall between markings. Full samples are rounded down; they do not account for handling losses.
The calculator checks concentration mathematics. It does not select a treatment dose or establish compatibility, sterility, or stability. SEMARO is temporarily unavailable and is omitted from this selector. BAC Water is the diluent, not a peptide.
Reported adverse reactions to pharmaceutical Tesamorelin include joint and muscle pain, injection-site reactions, and fluid retention. Important considerations include elevated IGF-1, glucose intolerance, and hypersensitivity.
Pharmaceutical formulations have specific contraindications, including active malignancy, pregnancy, and disruption of the hypothalamic–pituitary axis. TESAROSSA research vials are not interchangeable with approved EGRIFTA formulations.
Your selected TESAROSSA vial is labeled 10 mg. The clinical information below does not establish a dosing regimen for this research product.
The 2007 trial studied 2 mg once daily for 26 weeks in adults with HIV-associated abdominal fat accumulation. It used a specific clinical formulation under a controlled protocol.
Approved EGRIFTA formulations have different doses and preparation requirements. Their instructions do not transfer to TESAROSSA vials. Laboratory sample amounts and preparation procedures should come from your validated protocol.
