Keep each vial’s record separate
Research reference only. Source-reported examples and schedules are not dosing recommendations from MGMT Research. They do not establish safety or suitability. Prescribed medication decisions belong with a licensed clinician and the current product label.
Independent calculations
For separate vials, calculate each concentration and target volume independently. Combining schedules does not combine concentrations. A labelled blend requires its total mass and component ratio to be identified first.
A useful record
Keep compound name, vial amount, diluent volume, target unit, syringe scale, preparation date and beyond-use date together. Retain the supplied schedule separately. Reusing another vial’s concentration can invalidate an otherwise correct calculation. A tracker records a plan; it does not establish whether a combination is appropriate.
