Working with this tool
Enter the vial’s activity and target in IU, and the liquid volume in mL. The result is an activity concentration followed by a volume and syringe reading.
The reference 10,000 IU vial with 10 mL gives 1,000 IU/mL. A 500 IU target occupies 0.5 mL, or 50 U-100 units. The source also shows 5,000 IU in 5 mL giving the same concentration, and 5,000 IU in 10 mL giving 500 IU/mL.
