Liraglutide concentration and volume calculator
Research reference only. Source-reported examples and schedules are not dosing recommendations from MGMT Research. They do not establish safety or suitability. Prescribed medication decisions belong with a licensed clinician and the current product label.
— mL · U-100
Syringe markings measure volume. They are not IU of the compound. Calculations do not account for handling losses or product stability.
Read the quantities together
The liraglutide example and reference grid use different preparation volumes. Read the volume attached to each example instead of treating every table as the same concentration.
Calculation sequence
Concentration is vial mass divided by liquid volume. Divide the target mass by that concentration to obtain millilitres. Multiply millilitres by 100 for a U-100 scale. These examples assume the entered liquid volume is the solution volume.

These are the captured source inputs, unchanged. Loading one does not recommend its use.
Source & content review 3 notes
This is an original, concise draft. Full information and numerical parity with the source is not yet established.
Open source reference ↗- Main worked example and first reference-table inputs captured. Complete article, schedule, storage and all secondary-example numeric parity have not been audited.
- Rendered source widget exposes generic 5 mg / 2 mL / 250 mcg values; article example differs. The example field records the article, not verified interactive defaults.
- Source tables independently round concentration, mL and syringe units; preserve inputs and flag display-rounding differences for approval.
